The purpose of this EEO Public File Report is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC 2002 EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations: KKXK(FM) (Montrose, Colorado), KUBC(AM) (Montrose, Colorado), KBNG(FM) (Ridgway, Colorado) and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of the above listed stations, and posted on their website.

The information contained in this Report covers the time period beginning December 1, 2007 for KKXK(FM), KUBC(AM) and KBNG(FM).

Section III – Supplemental (Non-Vacancy Specific)

Recruitment Activities Undertaken by

KKXK(FM), KUBC(AM) and KBNG(FM):

a) Conduct tours of the radio station facilities to all groups that request them including but not limited to Elementary schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, Home School Students, Boy Scouts, and Girl Scouts.

b) Participation with a jobs booth at the Montrose Business Expo in January 2008

c) Participation with a jobs booth at the Home, Garden and Sports Expo in February 2008

d) Jay Austin attended an EEO seminar at the Nebraska Broadcasters Association Convention in fall of 2005 for EEO training.
