The woman accused of stabbing her ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend last month has been formally charged with first degree assault with a deadly weapon. NBC 11 News has learned that Crystal Reinbold was officially charged today.  Police say that she stabbed Katy Slawson in the neck and back during a fight at Dixon Park on Orchard Mesa last month.  Slawson had been hospitalized for a short while and then released.  Reinbold is out of jail on bond and is expected back in court later this month….

Palisade town officials this afternoon broke a tie vote for the third and final seat on the Town Board, only to watch as the woman who was picked immediately resigned. According to the Daily Sentinel Patty Hanna and Penny Prinster both received 199 votes during yesterday’s election.  So town officials decided to write both their names on separate pieces of paper and draw one out of  a hat.  The name that came out was Patty Hanna but she immediately turned around and resigned saying she would prefer Prinster get the nod.  Ultimately it will be up to town trustees to decide who will become the new trustee according to  Town Clerk Carol Speakman…

A woman who started a Facebook page for a missing 12-year-old girl is organizing a community search for the sixth-grade, Kayleah Wilson from Greeley who has been missing since March 28th KJCT reports that Michelle Thompson started the Facebook page called “Prayers for Kayleah Wilson’s Safe Return and is organizing the search through the facebook website…
