Group meeting. Last Tuesday concerned Ouray citizens met with merchants, the City Administrator, and Police Chief Leo Rasmussen to discuss a rash of break-ins throughout the quaint-touristy town.  According to The Watch, there have been 13 incidents since this summer. The community is concerned that the local police are intentionally not talking to them and that this meeting was long overdue. Ideas, such as a neighborhood watch are being tossed around but police did confirm that they have several suspects regarding the break-in incidents.
