Gov. John Hickenlooper announced plans to consolidate the Division of Wildlife with the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation.  The Daily Sentinel explains that by combining the two agencies the state will save in jobs and tax money.  The consolidation will include merging the Colorado State Parks Board with the Colorado Wildlife Commission.  The move also will mean a cut back on the discounts seniors get in park passes.
