MESA COUNTY – The decision on Bobby’s Birthday Bash will be discussed by Mesa County commissioners this morning. Officials will give the final say on whether the proposed country music concert will hit the stage in Loma the same weekend as Country Jam or if will take place at the county fairgrounds. The county’s planning commission has already voted down recommending that Bobby’s Birthday Bash get the go-ahead. The hearing will be at 9:00a this morning.
