GRAND JUNCTION  -  School District 51 is reminding parents about the possibility of closing one of three Redlands elementary schools in 2013.  Newschannel 5 says the School District is also looking for input from the parents.  A letter has been sent to parents of students at Wingate, Broadway, and Scenic Elementary schools. In it, the school district cites a 20% cut in their budget and declining enrollment as reasons for their closure consideration.
