Sales Tax Revenues Up Statewide

DENVER  -  The Colorado Municipal League says sales tax revenue increased an average of 6.5 percent across the state during the first four months of this year compared to the same time span last year.  The Daily Sentinel writes that according to the organization a survey released shows that 62 per cent of cities and towns across the state have improving economies and 30 per cent of municipalities show their economies steady and only 8 per cent show a drop in their revenue.  The ones showing flat or declining tax revenue are mostly in the mountains…
