2011 MLB Playoffs St. Louis beat Milwaukee 4-3 to take the 2-1 series lead. Leading the way for the Cardinals was Albert Pujols who went 2 for 2 with 1 RBI and 1 run scored. Texas beat Detroit 7-3 in 11 Innings to take the 3-1 series lead. Leading the Rangers to victory was Nelson Cruz who went 1 for 4 with 3 RBIs.

College Football Last years National Champions Auburn will not face Major Violations as the NCAA is done investigating recruiting violations and other violations while Cam Newton was enrolled at the university. Auburn will not have any Penalties imposed on them as the university did nothing wrong in recruiting Cam Newton. Colorado will look to get its first Pac 12 win this weekend at Washington. Colorado State will look for its biggest upset in school history when they play #4 Boise State on Saturday. Air Force will look for its first Mountain West win of the season when they play San Diego State at Falcon stadium Tonight at 6 PM.
