USA Pro Cycling Challenge Lists Montrose As One of the Host Cities

The  USA Pro Cycling Challenge officials have announced the host cities for next year’s run which is set for Aug. 20th through the 26th.  It will start in Durango, head to Telluride. On Day two Montrose has been awarded the 2nd leg of the race which will go from Montrose to Crested Butte.  Gunnison and Aspen will also participate.  The 2012 host cities will officially be announce on Dec. 13th at 5:15pm….

August 20 – August 26 and go through the following cities:

Monday, Aug. 20 – Durango to Telluride
Tuesday, Aug. 21 – Montrose to Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte
Wednesday, Aug. 22 – Gunnison to Aspen
Thursday, Aug. 23 – Aspen to Beaver Creek
Friday, Aug. 24 – Breckenridge to Colorado Springs
Saturday, Aug. 25 – Golden to Boulder
Sunday, Aug. 26 – Denver (Individual Time Trial)
