Governor John Hickenlooper declared this week Severe Weather Awareness week and the National Weather Service is releasing information about severe weather throughout the week. Today covers the various Watches and Warnings associated with severe weather. The goal of the week is to help residents understand how to stay safe in hazardous weather. Tomorrow the National Weather Service will be conducting test tornado warnings between nine and eleven.
