The Ouray City Council has approved a proposal and budget for a Ouray Dog Park  to be located at the west end of 8^th Ave.  In addition, the council also agreed to spot the project $1600 so it can open as early as June 15^th.  Last week the Ouray Planning Commission gave its O.K. for a conditional use permit for the dog park and the council then passed the ordinance.
