The Denver District Attorney’s Office filed juvenile charges against the three teenagers accused of sexually assaulting another student at a wrestling tournament in February. In a situation like this where juveniles are accused of felonies the process is different from adult charges. Communications Director for the Denver District Attorney Lynn Kimbrough explains:
