Water Levels from Snowpack Low
May 4th @ 8:47 am in News by Scott Staley
Water supplies are running low this year after a dry winter left little snowpack on the mountains. The most recent snowpack numbers show that most of the river basins in the state are being supported by a snowpack that is only between 20% and 25% of normal. Reservoir storage is still high however with most reservoirs in Colorado storing over 100% of normal. Tune in during the noon hour to hear from farmers who are affected by the water shortage.
