A Cedaredge man was arrested last week in relation to the 2010 death of his wife. Delta County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 47 year old Billy Kissner last week after a warrant was issued because of new information in his wife’s death. Raelynn Kissner was found unconscious and was not breathing in the couple’s hot tub in late November 2010 and no cause of death was ever determined. Officials have not released any information about what caused them to issue the arrest warrant and Delta County Sheriff Fred McKee did not return a call for comment. Billy Kissner will be back in court next week for a bond hearing.
