The Colorado State Patrol kicked off their 100 Days of Heat summer campaign over the Holiday Weekend. In a release the Colorado State Patrol announced that from Friday to Tuesday nearly 7,000 vehicles were stopped and 93 alcohol related arrests were made, as well as 81 arrests for other violations. The 100 Days of Heat campaign continues all summer to Labor Day with increased DUI patrols and Checkpoints across the state.
