The Montrose City Council will be discussing new plans on how to move forward with curbside recycling at their meeting tomorrow night. The council is considering three options, one will continue with a Request for Proposal period, the second will start negotiations with companies and a third would hire a professional recycling consultant. The council will meet tomorrow evening at 7:00 PM at the city council building on Cascade and South 1st.
