Tonight Grand Junction community will come together for a special vigil held to remember Baby Owen.  It was two months ago that Baby Owen Reak was killed allegedly by Justin Keel, the ex-boyfriend of Reak’s mother.  Family and friends will gather around the lawn of the Old Mesa County Courthouse to remember Owen’s short life.  During this time, Mesa County’s Partnership for Children and Families will also take the opportunity to educate the public on how to better protect our children from child abuse situations.  Tonight’s vigil will start at 5:30pm out the Old County Courthouse.
