Police have identified the driver killed in a rollover accident in Grand Junction yesterday. 18 year old Brandon Mills died after his car rolled and crashed through an airport fence. Mills’ blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit and the Mesa County Coroner confirmed that he had been at a desert party before the accident.
