A new website is up and running to help Colorado farmers and manufacturers  better understand federal, state, and local food licensing regulations.  The Dept. of Agriculture explains this new resource will help everyone understand the process food goes through from the farm to produce stands and grocery stores.   This website has been a collaborated effort between the Colorado Dept. of Agriculture, Colorado State University, and the Farmers Market Association.  They all felt it was necessary that farmers have one place to go to for references.
