Denver District Court Overturns CDPHE Ruling

Energy Fuels may have to wait before continuing with any further activity on Pinon Ridge Mills.    A Denver District Court has overturned the radioactive materials license that the State Dept. of Public Health had issued in 2010.  The judge apparently ruled that the CDPHE did not have the right to issue that license and had failed to offer a public hearing, something members from Sheep Mountain Alliance had demanded.   However, the judge also chided Sheep Mountain Alliance on several points as well.  The CDPHE now has 75 days to convene another hearing on Pinon Ridge Mill, this time with the right of the public to cross exam.
