At Mon. night’s City Council meeting Council approved a couple of motions to help the owner of Sam’s Tavern retain his liquor license.  The Council approved both the stipulation and agreement for Sam’s Tavern and its liquor license renewal.  The approval was contingent on the fact that the establishment complies with those agreements.  City Attorney Russ Dupree outlines what those stipulations include.  (audio :14sec)
