Suspect in Death of Toddler Charged

The man suspected of child abuse that resulted in the death of a 19 month old toddler was advised of his charges yesterday. Justin Keel was charged with Child Abuse after the death of Owen Reak in Montrose earlier this year. Keel will be in court again in July.
