BLM says a fire has broke out on private land just west of Craig.  An estimated 2 thousand acres is up in flames and is threatening some buildings causing an unknown number of evacuations.  According to the Craig Daily Press, firefighters are focusing on saving those threatened homes but the winds are not helping.  Air support has been called in and it’s not clear as to how many homes and people are in danger.  This fire also a result of someone who allegedly threw a lit cigarette out a moving vehicle.
