Jetaway Suffers Another Blow In Its Appeal

Chalk up another victory for Montrose County as The Colorado Court of Appeals rejected Jetaway’s latest appeal taken from the July 2011 District Court ruling. That ruling upheld the County’s revocation of Jetaway’s “through the fence” access to the Montrose Regional Airport and if it had airport access it was not permitted to provide aircraft maintenance services under the “through the Fence” agreement. The County was awarded $242,534 in attorney fees and costs against Jetaway from the 2011 District Court proceeding. Jetaway has since appealed that award of attorney fees and costs to the Colorado Court of Appeals.
