The Colorado Court of Appeals dismissed an appeal from JetAway yesterday. JetAway had appealed the County’s decision to revoke their access to the Montrose County Airport in July last year. The Court of Appeals dismissed JetAway’s case, saying the county was in the right when they revoked JetAway’s access due to numerous violations. JetAway has appealed court costs for both the antitrust lawsuit that was dismissed earlier this year as well as court costs from this suit.
