The Trial of a Texas millionaire who allegedly killed his wife in Hinsdale County in 2008 will be held in Gunnison County. The trial of Frederick Mueller will be held at the Gunnison County Courthouse rather than the Hinsdale County Courthouse. Mueller is accused of pushing his wife over an embankment into a stream where she died. Mueller initially blamed her death on the dog, which according to his story, was startled by a bird and pulled her down the embankment. The Trial is slated for September.
