Defendant in Sherry Arnold Murder Case Gets New Lawyers

In the murder case of a Montana High School teacher one of the defendants, 23 yr old Michael Keith Spell of Parachute, will be getting a new team of attorneys to represent him.  At this time no reason was given as to why there was a change of a lawyers.  Both Spell and 58 yr old Lester Van Waters Jr. have been accused of abducting and killing Sherry Arnold the Montana High School teacher on Jan. 7th.  Prosecutors  are seeking the death penalty in this case.
