In the murder case of a Montana High School teacher one of the defendants, 23 yr old Michael Keith Spell of Parachute, will be getting a new team of attorneys to represent him.  At this time no reason was given as to why there was a change of a lawyers.  Both Spell and 58 yr old Lester Van Waters Jr. have been accused of abducting and killing Sherry Arnold the Montana High School teacher on Jan. 7^th.  Prosecutors  are seeking the death penalty in this case.
