The debate to legalize or not legalize marijuana in Colorado heats up again.  This time because of last week’s Arizona immigration law which states once again that states can not buck the federal government.  Using that frame of though  opponents of legalizing marijuana say that could very well apply to states that already legalize pot.  Supporters, however, point out that in that case Colorado along with 15 other states are in violation of federal drug laws for allowing its use under certain medical conditions.  Either way both sides could face pricey and long legal battles.
