Roaring Fork School District Superintendent Resigns

The Roaring Fork School District in Glenwood Springs has announced that its Superintendent, Rob Stein has resigned.  According to officials with the school district Stein cited  family medical issues for the reason of his departure.  He said these issues would need his full attention and as a result would not be able fulfill his duties as superintendent.    The process for seeking a new superintendent will be discussed during the board’s next meeting which is scheduled for July 18th.
