Norwood School Board held a special meeting Monday night as they announced the appointment of former board member Andrya Brantingham.  The Norwood Post reports that the board had interviewed 3 candidates for the open position before selecting Brantingham.  She will complete the vacated term which has 1 ½ years remaining.  That position was vacated back in May when Bobby Harris had stepped down in the midst of  a controversial, and allegedly criminal incident took place back in February in Denver during the State High School Wrestling tournament where some of the Norwood students were involved.
