A Trial date has been set for the so called Meteorite Man of Montrose. Steve Curry, who allegedly sold fake meteorites, is charged with fraud and criminal simulation of merchandise as well as theft. These charges come from the Grand Junction Police Department, and Curry is under investigation by the State Attorney General. There will be a one day trial later next month for Curry’s charges in Grand Junction. The State is still investigating the alleged fake meteorite sales.
