Expect Delays Going Up Co. Natl Monument
Jul 26th @ 3:28 pm in News by Scott Staley
In an effort to make Rim Rock Drive going up towards the Colorado National Monument safer speed humps are being installed at both the east and west entrances of the monument. The difference between speed bumps and speed humps is speed bumps are an abrupt increase in the roadway where speed humps are a more gradual, raised section of the pavement. Visitors heading up to the monument can expect some small delays between 7am and 4pm.
