Delta’s Mayor, Ed Sisson, and the City Council have announced six finalists for the City Manager vacancy, a position that was vacated when Joe Kerby left to take the same job in Durango.  The six finalists will now be invited to Delta for a community reception to which all city staff and community members are invited.  Community members will have the opportunity to personally meet with each candidate and listen to a brief presentation by each individual.    The six finalists are  John T. “Tom” Acre,  Justin Clifton,  Ronald Foggin, Kerwin Jensen, Ed Sadler, and Don Van Wormer.  The community reception is set for Thur. Aug 16^th at the Delta Rec. Center from 5:30pm to 7pm.
