The battle between retail outlet Dollar General and the city of Palisade goes on.  Another meeting is set for Thursday to discuss zoning issues and whether to subdivide the lot for the proposed store.  At the last meeting many citizens expressed their displeasure with having a national chain coming into their town.  This will be a 2^nd try for Dollar General and the meeting is set for 3pm Thursday at the Veterans Memorial Community Center.  Many residents are expected to attend and reiterate their disapproval.
