It appears the debate on the proposed uranium mill by Naturita will wind up in court after all.  Denver District Judge John McMullen had invalidated the radioactive materials handling license that the state agency issued to Energy Fuels.  The Daily Sentinel reports that after the Pinon Ridge mill was given the go ahead to proceed, Sheep Mountain Alliance along with the towns of Telluride and Ophir filed a suit to counter that decision by questioning the process followed by the state agency.  The hearing is now scheduled for November and Energy Fuel’s deadline for licensing is April 27th of next year.
