SBA To Help Businesses To Recover From Summer Fires

Based on recent assessments conducted in Colorado over the last month, SBA, Small Business Assoc., has decided to make low interest disaster loans available to homeowners and small businesses in 13 Colorado counties that suffered physical damage as a result of the summer’s wildfires which would allow Coloradans access to credit to help build and repair their property. These individuals would also be eligible for economic injury loans. These loans would be especially beneficial to those businesses that suffered losses who are dependent on tourism dollars and saw their revenues decline because of the fires. This would hopefully give them the opportunity to keep their employees on the payroll and keep their doors open.
