A Denver Judge upheld a gag order on documents and witnesses associated with the Aurora Theater Shooting. Arapahoe County Judge William Sylvester said that he will be releasing some court documents but the arrest affidavit and other key documents involving the suspect will stay sealed. Sylvester stated that he didn’t want to compromise the fairness of the trial by releasing the documents.
