Now that it appears the wildfire season is winding down U.S. Sen Mark Udall is ready to hear from officials what lessons we’ve learned from this summer from these fires and how we can reduce the severity of these incidents in the future as well as recovery and mitigation efforts.  Udall is challenging federal officials to suggest solutions to help restore and mitigate forest lands lost to this year’s fires.  Also how communities can regroup their losses and help their economy.
