The two Clifton brothers, Julio and Jose Ortiz, who were charged in the fatal stabbing of a Fruita man earlier this year have to answer to some damning  evidence, text messages and cell phone photos that were found on Julio Ortiz’s cell phone.  Authorities say the photos were probably taken soon after the stabbing took place.  District Judge Brian Flynn has ordered Julio Ortiz to stand trial starting Dec. 3^rd.
