The City of Delta announced that they have offered the vacant City Manager Position to another Coloradoan. The city is offering the position to Justin Clifton, who was the Town Manager for Bayfield Colorado. They will be negotiating a contract with Clifton and if negotiations go well, the final contract will be presented to the City Council as soon as possible.
