A 50 yr old man from Colorado Springs is recovering from injuries sustained during a bear attack while he was camping in southwestern Colorado.  According to a spokesman for Colorado Parks and Wildlife the 50 yr old man had been camping in a legal spot but an undesignated area when a bear approached his tent.  Officials are figuring that the bear maybe associating tents with camping and food and that’s why the man encountered the bear.  The bear who was thought to be involved in that attack was euthanized a day later.
