The prosecutors in a federal case against two western slope doctors have outlined their evidence in a court filing. They will be relying on more than 300 patients of indicted doctors Sam Jahani and Eric Peper. The two were indicted last year after a two year investigation and face more than 70 charges each, and could see life in prison.
