Bobby Willis is a wanted man, by many.  A judge in New Mexico has issued a 2^nd warrant for his arrest and Farmington Police are actively searching his whereabouts.  Bobby Willis was behind the ill-fated Bobby’s Birthday Bash in Mesa County.  The last known whereabouts of Willis was in Branson, Mo.  In addition to his many scams including Bobby’s Birthday Bash, new allegations of embezzling more than 5 million dollars in gemstones  and jewelry have been added to his charges by the Farmington Police.   Back in May 2011 Mesa County Commissioners had given Willis the go ahead for his birthday bash, a country music festival that was suppose to   Country Jam. But with no explanation he canceled those plans.
