In a highly publicized murder trial involving a toddler The Colorado Court of Appeals has ruled that jurors were given incorrect instructions in the murder trial of 24 yr old Brandon Moore who was originally found guilty in 2008.  Moore had been sentenced to life in the 2007 death of Logan Accord in Clifton.  According to his attorney Moore had been suffering from panic attacks during the time he repeatedly hit the child.  Although a new trial is being ordered by the Court of Appeals they did feel that the concurrent 48 year sentence on a separate child abuse charge will stand.
