JetAway, the now-defunct FBO at Montrose County Airport has dismissed all state appeals of lawsuits that have been dismissed. The move was a showing of good faith as JetAway tries to get the County to approve a new FBO to run their operations. If the County allows Arizona based Cutter Aviation to run the FBO, JetAway and CEO Steve Stuhmer will drop the federal anti-trust suit against the county.
