Over the weekend the Colorado State Patrol wrapped up their 100 Days of Heat summer anti-DUI campaign. Over the Labor Day weekend, there were 104 total arrests and 73 were DUI’s. Officers also handed out 136 seatbelt violations. There were two fatal accidents as well; alcohol is suspected as a factor in one, and lack of a seatbelt a factor in the other.
