The Montrose Mill has reopened and has brought nearly one hundred jobs with it. The mill was purchased by a Wyoming company and it opened up under its new name yesterday. Montrose Forest Products will be producing framing studs like it was before the mill went into receivership two years ago. The company that now owns the mill, Neiman Enterprises, operates several other lumber mills in South Dakota and Wyoming. The mill will provide around ninety jobs locally and many others in logging areas throughout the state.
