Community Hospital in Grand Junction has donated 50 new Automated External Defibrillator devices for schools in Mesa County.  The $80,000 donation came from funds in their foundation, and they are also raising money at a gala this weekend. The American Heart Association recommends schools all have an AED, and staff will be trained to use the device in an emergency.
