Telluride Town Council Approves Amendments For Housing

At the last Telluride Town Council meeting council approved a number of amendments to make housing more affordable to more people. Some of the thing included according to The Daily Planet are revising the lottery procedure, lower the price target of some one bedroom units, and increase the qualifying household income for larger units. Telluride’s housing guidelines was first adopted in 1994 and the last major update before this one was back in 2007.
