The driver of a car that rolled on I-70 near Fruita on Sunday has been identified. The Mesa County Coroner identified 21 year old Jacob Michael Hall, from Clifton. According to the autopsy his blood alcohol level was nearly four times the legal limit. The Colorado State Patrol is still investigating the accident.
